How to Get Involved

1. To register click here (PDF 49.5kb) and download a Ted's Biggest Ever Day Out! registration form - you can then either post or email (forever.friends@ruh-bath.swest.nhs.uk) your completed form to us. Alternatively call Big Ted's hotline on 01225 825825.

2. Receive your fundraising pack and choose your fundraising activity – such as taking your Ted out for the day!

3. Spread the word and encourage your friends, family and colleagues to get involved or ask for their support.

4. Have a fantastic and enjoyable day fundraising on Friday 17th October 2008.

5. Collect together your funds raised and click here (PDF 41.3kb) to download a paying in form. Alternatively call the Appeal office on 01225 825691 for other methods of payment
